Boiler service checks:
• A visual inspection of boiler components.
• Check for signs of leaks and corrosion.
• Check flue and ventilation are in accordance with gas safety (installation and use).
• Gas pressure check and or gas rate of appliance.
• Test of flame failure devices.
• Flue gas analysis with combustion analyser.
• System pressure check.
• Re pressurise expansion vessel if required.
• Check, bleed radiators if required.
• Check hot water cylinder for condition and leaks.
• Energy efficiency advice provided if required.
• Service paperwork completed and explained on completion of service.
